Customer Service Associate (Premium Banking Process)
Location:
Noida
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via voice and chat support while ensuring excellent service quality.
Assist customers with product details, order placement, tracking, and general inquiries.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and accurately.
Stay updated on products, offers, and process changes.
Coordinate with team members and escalate complex issues when required.
Qualification:
Graduation mandatory (any discipline).
Skills:
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
